TENTATIVE IDEAS OF EXPLORATION IN THE NEAR FUTURE IN SOUTHWEST REGION OF TARIM BASIN

Abstract

Abstract: The tentative ideas of exploration in the near future in the southwest region of Tarim Basin are: (1)to enlarge oil and gas bearing diomain of the Kekeya oil and gas field, (2)to put drilling emphasis on the Qukuqiake structure and the Yingjisha anticline,and (3)to carry out a horough seismic investigation in the Keliyang, Yuliqun and Qibei structures.
