鄯善油田侏罗系三间房组油层聚合物驱室内实验

摘要: 鄯善油田的主要开采层系为侏罗系三间房组油层,有效孔隙度12.8%,平均渗透率6.2 mD. 为了提高原油采收率,进行了聚合物驱油的物理模拟实验。实验通过测定相对分子质量分别为1 200×104、830×104、620×104的聚合物溶液的浓黏关系,结合鄯善油田的实际开发状况,优选出聚合物驱油实验所用聚合物的相对分子质量为830×104,质量浓度为1 250 mg/L. 筛选具有代表性的天然岩心,结合优选出的聚合物溶液进行聚合物驱油实验。实验结果表明,除渗透率为0.43 mD的岩心聚驱采出程度为7.2%外,其余岩心的聚驱采出程度均在12%以上。

Abstract: The major development sequence in Shanshan oilfield is the Sanjianfang reservoir of Jurassic, with effective porosity of 12.8% and average permeability of 6.2 mD. The indoor physical simulation experimental research of polymer flooding is made for EOR in Shan?shan oilfield. This paper determines the concentration?viscosity relationship of the polymer solution with relative molecular mass of 1200×104, 830×104, 620×104, integrated with the real development state of Shanshan oilfield, preferentially screens the polymer solution with relative molecular mass of 830×104 and mass concentration of 1 250 mg/L. The experimental results show that the rest core polymer flooding’s recovery percents can reach over 12%, except for the recovery percent of 7.2% using the core sample with permeability of 0.43 mD
