摘要： 针对八面河油田稠油断块油藏特点,提出了交替注水注稠油、利用海水回注、改变完井射孔和防砂技术提高油层温度、合理调整生产压差等五项提高水驱采收率、增产稳产措施,这对于同类型稠油油藏也具有参考意义。

Abstract: Considering the characteristics of Bamianhe viscous oil fault block reservoir,this paper presents five measures of enhancing water drive recovery efficiency,stimulation and stable production. They are alternating water injection and viscous oil injection, using recycle sea water, changing the completion performation and sand control technique, in­creasing the temperature of oil measures and rational adjusting producing pressure drop etc. There is reference sense for the same type viscous oil fault block reservoir.
