THE PORE STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS AND SORT EVALUATION OF CONGLOM ERATIC RESERVOIR IN KARAMAY OILFTELD

Abstract

Abstract: This paper summarizes the pore structure characteristics of Karamay conglomeratic reservoir. the reservoir formatiion is characterized by multiple pore types, complex pore-throat combination, large pore-throatratio, Low pore-throat coordlnation number and its pore structure differs from sandstone reservoir's. Based on the work,four classes and six types of pore structure are classified and comprehensively evaluated respectively.
