Abstract: Taking 183 sand units in Karamay oilfields as specimen,7 parameters of reservoir characteristics are detdermined as bases for the classification by using correspondence analysis and cluster analysis in this paper. Many classi fication projcts were proposed. Combined With the specialists,the best classification system was formed, In the paper,characteristics and distribution of each type of reservoir were also discussed.
