SIGNIFICANCE OF DIAGENETIC STAGES TO OIL- BEARING IN CARBONIFEROUS AND PERMIAN FORMATIONS OF KARAMAY OILFIELD AS DEPICTED BY ZEOLITE COMBINATION CHARACTERISTIC

Abstract

Abstract: The diagenetic stages in Carboniferous and Permian farmations of Karanay oilfield are analyzed with zeolite combinaton patterns and distribution characteristic. The zonation of zcolite combination is consistent with burial diagencsis. the overlaping phenomenon is related to basin tectonic movement. In the A and B sub-stagcs of late diagenetic period, the albitization and corrosion of analcime contribute to reservoirs. In the diagenetic system of organic-inorganic change, It is significant to search for reservoirs with corroded anacime.
