Abstract: By means of fluid inclusions testing technique, the reservoir fluid samples from different strata in two sags of Subei basin are analyzed. The homogenization temperature distribution of hydrocarbon inclusions shows positive correlation with the diagenesis of host minerals. Geochemical study of these inclusions indicates that source input and maturity variations occur in different areas and horizons. The multiple biomarkers reveal the reducing sedimentary environment with high salinity. The diversity of hydrocarbon-generating conditions cause that the oil charging period in Gaoyou sag is earlier than Jinhu sag at the same horizon and Fu-1 member is earlier than other horizons or members at the same area.
