Abstract: Using enzyme-aqueous preparation to remove blocks in porous media during production is a new high-tech. On the basis of latest research results in enzymology and enzyme engineering principles, combined with new understandings in contemporary reservoir engineering theory, in-depth discussion of such a blocking mechanism is made to lay a solid foundation for the practical application of the enzyme-aqueous preparation. According to the technical requirements for oilfield development, the adaptability of blocking operation is analyzed, which provides scientific basis and technical support for engineering design and field operation.
