Abstract: Based on the studies of Kopitov corrected curve, the regular relational ex-pression is ded uced that there is C=b/a between correction coefficient C and parameters a,b. A modified formula of reciprocal Kopitoy corrected curve has been adopted, and C=a/b can be got by regression from it. This paper ana lyzed and proved the relation of momen-tary output and stage (year or month) output. It is pointed out that it is unreasonable to use the formula Q = dN_p/dt to predict stage output.
