    1995, 16 (3):  187-195.
    Abstract ( 107 )   PDF (819KB) ( 219 )   Save
Based on the theories of plate tectonic cycle and coincidence and enrichment of multiple sets of oil and gas source in biogenesis and abiogenesis, the classification of China, petrol iferous basins and economic evaluation of oil and gas resou rces have been made. Type is Bohai Bay type petrol iferous basin which has characteristics of long-time coincidence and enrichment of multiple sets of oil and gas source in biogenesis and a biogenesis, belonging to the best in economic eval uation of oil and gas resources; Type I is Junggar type petroliferous basin whichis characterized by coincidence and enrichment of them in the early stage, and only coincidence of conti nental biogenesis oil and gas source in the later stage, being the lietter in economic evaluation; Type Iis Qinshui type petroliferous basin with features of coincidence and enrichment of them in the early stage, and of long-time uplifting structural environment in the later stage, being the poor in economic evaluation of oil and gas resou rces. Among three ma jor basins in Xinjiang, the favourable oil and gas prospecting areas are as follows; middle parteast part, west part and south-west margin of Tarim basin, northwest margin, nort heast margin, Lu liang area and central rift expansion area of Junggar basin, Bogda pied mont area of north and Juelotag pied-mont area of south of Turpan-Hami basin.

    Abstract ( 158 )   PDF (502KB) ( 237 )   Save
40 years' petroleum exploration experiences and knowledge about petroleum geology in Junggar basin are briefl y reviewed and summa ri zed, and then the prospects for petroleum exploration in Junggar basin are out looked. It is suggested that the attempts to high-efficiency and ra pid increase in petroleum reserves of Junggar basin can be car riedout by adopting the following measu res;① deepening the exploration in the discovered oil and gas accumulation belts to further enlarge exploration results, and strengthening research and drilling exploration on the known large-scale traps for new dis covery. In recent petroleum exploration, Karamay-Xiazijie oil and gas accu mu lation belt, Hongsha nzu i-Chepaizi oil and gas accu mulation belt, Lunan oil and gas accumulation belt, Zhongguai oil and gas accumulation belt, Ma hu and Ma nan anticlines, and Muo-suowan anticline should be considered the main objectives.

    Abstract ( 167 )   PDF (990KB) ( 262 )   Save
Junggar basin is a typical central massif type composite superposition basin, in which multiple cycle structu re formed various structure combination and sedi-mentary system and controlled oil and gas generation, migrat ion and accumulation. The studies on orga nic geochemist ry showed that there are sixsts of oil source rocks wit hin the basin, majorone is in Permian, the next in Middle and Lower Jurassic. Verticle mi-gration of oil and gas along fatjlts is rema rkable and formation of most reservoirs is related with this fact. Formed cond itions and distribution regulars of large oilfields indicated that sufficient oil and gas resou rces, better traps, favourable oil and gas migration direction, unim peded migration pathway, stable preser vation environment, effective caprock, and high quality reservoir bod y are importa nt geological factors, not a single. one can be omitted. It is forecasted that favourable area are Lunan slope zone, northwest margin slopem,Fudong slope zone, Mahuanticline, Da basong arch and south margin of Junggar basin.

    Wang Yichang
    1995, 16 (3):  212-216.
    Abstract ( 142 )   PDF (486KB) ( 181 )   Save
Based on the analysis of geophysical field characteristics in Tiansha nmoun-tains area, it is found that most magnetic field of base rockou tcrop area (pre-Sinian) is in gently negative value area; eugeosyncline rift area not only possesses general rock charac-teristics of high magnetic, high density and high resistivity, but also possesses the impor-tant characteristics of no magnetic attenuation du ring u pwa rd conti nuation. These can be used to distinguish from orogenic stylolitic zone and ancient base rock outcrop area. So it is considered that there is a NS striking magnetic high in Anjihai area of Junggar basin, with no magnetic attenuation and should be response of the rift.

HYDROCARBON GENER ATION CHARACTERISTICS AND EXPLOR ATION DIRECTION IN JURASSIC OF JUNGGAR BASIN
    Wang Yutao, Jiang Shaobin
    1995, 16 (3):  222-226.
    Abstract ( 161 )   PDF (475KB) ( 161 )   Save
Mudstone and coal-seam of coal measu re strata possess bet ter hyd roca r bon generation potential in Middle and Lower Jurassic of Junggar basin; hydrocarbon in Juras-sic reservoir is related with mudy source rock of coal measu re strata. From oil source, Jurassic reser voir can be divided into "old genetic and new reserve" type and aut higenic type. The former mainly distributes in north part of Junggar basin, the latter in south part, biogas and pyrolysis gas to form gas reservoir are all in piedmont structural zone in south margin of Junggar basin.

FIRST DISCOVERY OF PALA EOZOOLOGICAL FOSSIL IN “JIN-GOU FORM ATION” AND ITS ERA
    Wei Jingming
    1995, 16 (3):  227-232.
    Abstract ( 142 )   PDF (563KB) ( 118 )   Save
Mr. Peng Xiling gave a name "Jingou formation" (C3j) for a set of strata in east side of Shiqianta n in Kela meili area of Junggar basin in 1980. The author found Palaeoniscoidea fossil in ca lareous mudstoneth in interca lated bed of "Jingou formation" in 1982, and fou nd Microdotella suvote (Jones) in the fossil bed in the same ti me, so it is considered that the age of "Jingou for mation" should be late Permian. Based on the ana ly-sis results of sporopollen, it is confirmed that "Jingou formation" and Pingdiquan formation (P2p) are in the same time, but sediments of different facies, so the "Jingou formation" should be renamed Pingdiquan formation.

RELATIONSHIP BE-TWEEN JURASSIC SEDIMENTARY SYSTEM AND ITS OIL AND GAS IN JUNGGAR BASIN
Shi Xuanyu, Yu Chunhui, Reyihanguli, Liu Shuhui, Haliya
    1995, 16 (3):  233-241.
    Abstract ( 157 )   PDF (585KB) ( 245 )   Save
The project of Jurassic sedimentary facies division has systematically been made in Junggar basin by applying the modern sedimentology research method of sedimen-tary systems, system tract and sequence ana lysis, etc., and different periods of Jurassic sedimentary facies patterns have been established by adopting isochronal stratigra phicunit. Filling and evol u tion histbry of Junggar basin in Jurassic has been revea led by using both gentle slope and steep slope sedimentary system patterns. It is considered that the most favourable hyd roca rbon-generating places are melanocratic mudstone of half deep la-custrine facies to deep lacustrine facies (Middle Jurassic) as well as coal-seam in swamp environment of lake bay; the most favourable reservoir sand body developed in facies-change zone of flu vial facies and lake facies. The area of frequent alternate change for fluvial facies and lake facies, which is the most developed area of non-structural trap, is the most favourable for Jurassic oil and gas prospecting in Junggar basin.

ON ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES OF DEVELOPMENT OF KARAM AY OILFIELD
    Hu Futang
    1995, 16 (3):  242-249.
    Abstract ( 130 )   PDF (761KB) ( 215 )   Save
The experiences of development of Karamay oilfield for forty years showed that there are three essential conditions for high-efficiently developing an oilfield, i. e., in-sisting on geology research work by ta king cla rif ying a reservoir's main geologic character-istics as the core; creating a set of development techniq ues/tech nologies suitable to the characteristics; im plementation of a systematic engineering in whole performance history and complete orientation, Du ring the whole systema tic engineering of anoilfield exploits-tion, geology research work is its key link, which runs through the whole performa nce history. In each stage of development, geology research work has been given to specifictask and expected target. These stages have connections with each other, finally forming an unified system for geology research work.

OPTIM UM METHOD OF GETTING CORRECTION COEFFICIENTC OF KOPITOV DECLINE CURVE
    Zhang Hujun
    1995, 16 (3):  256-260.
    Abstract ( 108 )   PDF (383KB) ( 173 )   Save
Based on the studies of Kopitov corrected curve, the regular relational ex-pression is ded uced that there is C=b/a between correction coefficient C and parameters a,b. A modified formula of reciprocal Kopitoy corrected curve has been adopted, and C=a/b can be got by regression from it. This paper ana lyzed and proved the relation of momen-tary output and stage (year or month) output. It is pointed out that it is unreasonable to use the formula Q = dNp/dt to predict stage output.
