Fromn Paleazokc to Quaternary, Junggar Basin Went through six periods of evoluton of structures and depositions, including platform besin of marine facles, foreland besin of marine facias, hollow--rentod basin of relic sea, depression besin of continental facies, vibration basin of continental facles and contracton besin of continental facies. During hollow renting and depression, hydrocarbon source rocks were mainly developed. THis paper probed into the distributiao and thermal evolution of hydrocarbon soutce tock, and presented the charactcriswics of structues and deposi一tions in hinderland of Junggar besin. Three favorable hydrocarbon- bearing areas were polnted out in this pepar.

Southwestern of East China Sea Busin differ from other part of bausin in evolution, tectonic movement、 sedi-mental environment etc.
Southwestern evolution of East China Sea Basin may be divided into four stages,i • e • faultdown, downwarp, lift and draping.Sediment interupted 15-20M.Y. during lift movement later Eocene. This proccess did not undergo in other part of oasin. Second,it was eroded over 1000 meters during elevating move-ment later Eocene. This scene never took place in other area of basin, Third characteristic is mainly marine facies enviro-nment during Eogene yet transgressive develpment highest peak at Eocene, marine water area about 8000km2. Northeastern of the basin is continentai deposit. Mudston rock of high pressure may be distributed in the middle part of research area. The oil and gas potenliai of restarch area may be best in the basin.

    1991, 12 (1):  23-29.
    Abstract ( 138 )   PDF (659KB) ( 238 )   Save
Yunnan is located on the juncture of two tectonic units, where the layers of every geological age are well developed. there are various types of rocks and complicated structures. Seperated by Jinshajiang River-Red River Fault, the East Yunnan (Dian Dong) and West Yunnan(Dian Xi) are completely different both geologically and geomorphologically. The Paleozoic stable marine desitional areas, the Mesazoic continental me dium-large hasinal areas and the Cenozoic, small-scaled hasinal areas are the hydrcarbon exploraion targets of Yunnan Province. Among them, the Couxiong Basin of East Yunnan is the most important basin for exploration, East three sets of source rocks and the overlying reservoir and cap rocks are found.

THE PORE STRUCTURE CHARACTERISTICS AND SORT EVALUATION OF CONGLOM ERATIC RESERVOIR IN KARAMAY OILFTELD
    Zhang Tinghui
    1991, 12 (1):  34-41.
    Abstract ( 97 )   PDF (664KB) ( 258 )   Save
This paper summarizes the pore structure characteristics of Karamay conglomeratic reservoir. the reservoir formatiion is characterized by multiple pore types, complex pore-throat combination, large pore-throatratio, Low pore-throat coordlnation number and its pore structure differs from sandstone reservoir's. Based on the work, four classes and six types of pore structure are classified and comprehensively evaluated respectively.

DISCUSSION ON CRITERION OF CLASSIFICATION OF THE ORDOVICLAN BURIED-HILL RESERVOIRS IN YIZHONG REGION
    Tang Fei, Liu Daxin
    1991, 12 (1):  43-49.
    Abstract ( 71 )   PDF (456KB) ( 226 )   Save
Based on the production and test results, the electrical and the physical characteristics of the Yizhong Ordovician buried-hill reservoirs, and the characteristics of the fluid一yields from different intervals before and after stimulation are analysed and regularized in this paper. A modification of the existing criterion of classifi-cation of the reservoirs is also suggested. Stimulable reservoirs are classified out from the compacted layers and the argillaceous layers respec-tively. In addition, instead of three types of reservoirs divided with the existing criterion,a five--type reservoir classifi一cation with a new criterion is proposod.

FUKANG FAULT BFLT GAS GENESIS AND ITS GAS SOURCE
    Wang Yutao
    1991, 12 (1):  50-57.
    Abstract ( 131 )   PDF (667KB) ( 235 )   Save
Two typea of natuzal gas from Fukang Fault Belt have been classified through examining contained methene and iso- serjes carbon isotopes:oil - forming gas and coal- forming gas composite analyses for their maturites were made using methods of light hydrocarbons and carbon isolopes and indicated that gas of this region was mainly formed cluring a plutonic phase (a mature to high mature period). lt verified from correlation of gas soure that they are of affinity between oil-forming gas and perrnian oil source rock here. this paper also discussed the potential secondary changes occured in gas of this region.

SIMULATION MODEL SELECTION AND DATA TREATMENT OF THE BLACK OIL RESERVOIRS
    Zheng Hongyin
    1991, 12 (1):  59-70.
    Abstract ( 101 )   PDF (819KB) ( 268 )   Save
Whether simulation resukts represent actual reservoir performance this depennds on whether reservoir deseriptionand reservoit simulation model selection are right and reilabie. while the eritical points of reservoir description are determination of the perameters of oilfield geslogy, reservoir rock properties and formation fluid properties. Base on application this paper discusses simulation model selection and grid system selection for the black oil reservoirs, and gives application limit and function for each model. This paper also presents the required data and some data ureatment methods for biack oil reservoir simulation study. The major aim of this work is in order to mester perfectly reservoir simulation techniqes and to solve validly practical reservoir engineering problems.

DIVISION OF THE DEVELOPMENT PHASES OF KARAMAY CONGLOMERATIC OIL RESERVOIR AND ITS PRODUCTION PATTERN OF THE THIRD DEVELOPMENT PHASE
    Chen Gan
    1991, 12 (1):  71-80.
    Abstract ( 91 )   PDF (676KB) ( 220 )   Save
This paper develops the principles for dividing conglomeratic oil reservoir development phases and proposes the quantitative limits for determining the phases. Basod on the work, the development phases for 26 main conglomeratic oil reservoirs are divided. Because only a few of Karamay oil reservoirs are in the fourth phase at present and more than 2/3 oil resrvoirs are still in the third phase, this paper emphasizes on discussion of development pattern in the third phase and summarizes some importnt quentitative relationships.

THE RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF THE METHODS ARRANGING TRAPS IN ORDER OF GRADES
Liu Quan wen, Ding Wen mei, Lin Zhi Xiong, Luo Bing kun
    1991, 12 (1):  81-87.
    Abstract ( 77 )   PDF (584KB) ( 257 )   Save
The evaluation of traps is a part of work in the evaluation of resources of petroleum and gas. The direct effect of evalu- ation of traps is drilling, and the choice of locations of wild cat wells depends directly on the results of the arrangement and the classifaction of traps. This paper describes the double-plane method used in trap arrangement, the right-angie coordination method, respectively in four aspects ,and analytic method ,combination method derived form the two methods described above. The current methods of evaluation of traps have been derived with theoretical refine-nent by means of mathemetical principles. It has produced good effects to evaluate traps in South margin, Junggar basit.
