注水开发油田原油外流的三种形式与预防措施

THREE TYPES OF OIL FLOW AWAY IN WATER-INJECTION DEVELOPED OILFIELDS AND PREVENTION TECHNIQUES

摘要: 注水开发油田原油外流有三种形式:一是油水过渡带原油外流;二是原油窜流气顶区;三是原油沿井筒(封固质量不好的井)或断层窜入浅部地层。导致原油外流的主要因素是高压注水和注采不平衡引起的。以上三种形式在各油田均有不同程度的表现。 大庆油田开发实践表明,上述三种情况均存在,需要从开发和钻井等方面采取措施,以减少原油外流所造成的储量损失。

Abstract: There are three types of oil flow away in oilfields developed by water injection, i . e. (1) oil flow away in oil—water transition zone, (2) oil bypass into gas cap, and (3) oil bypass into shallow formation along wel I bore (in the wel Is with bad quality of cementing bonding ) or fault . Major factors leading to oil flow away are high pressure injection and unbalance of injection and production.The three types abovementioned exist in all oi 1 fields with various extent. Practice of Daqing oilfields development demonstrates that all the abovementioned three situations are present. In order to reduce loss of oil reserve resulted from oil flow away, it is neccessary to take certain technique in development and welldri11ing.
