The common desire of domestic reserves supervision circle is how to improve the research level and allow reserves report to hold its important space in scientific report appraisal. First of all, the major problems available in reserves reports are discussed. Then, several points of the report that should be followed in terms of new standard are proposed, including precise terms, normalized style, focusing on oil-gas-water system and effective pay as well as data integrity and study reliability.
