Abstract: Through measuring 3 key profiles, oberving 13 outcrop sections, synthetically analysing 49 soction data poinu, and laboratory study, sedimentary facles of the Jurasic-Early Cretaccous in Badain Jaran-Tengger basin are divided into proluvial facies l1, fluvial facis2, and lacustrine facies l3, which are subdivided into lacutrine dcita subfacis $l_{2}^{1}$, lakeshore subfacies $l_{3}^{2}$, shallow lake subfacias $I_{3}^{3}$, and semideep lake subfacies $I_{3}^{2}$ . The extention characteristics of facics belt are discussed ,and then depoltional facies of this area are preliminary established.
