Wang Yichang, Yang Hui, Wang Xiaomu, Zheng Binqing
    1994, 15 (3):  191-200.
    Abstract ( 125 )   PDF (806KB) ( 266 )   Save
Deep gcomagnetic field is picked from ΔTA anomalies on actual data with extended abnormal classification operators, and a quantitative estimation and comprehensive analysis of it are carried out in geologic theory of rift. It is concluded that deep gcomagnetic field in Tarim area is the evidence of Taklamakan Pre-Sinian paleorift, which is the basis for fotmation and evolution of Paleozoic platfarm and part of Mesozoic oil-farming depression as well as for controlling tectonic evolution in Tarim basin. Its discovery provides a guideline towards large-scale oil and gas fields in Tarim basin.

CHARACTERISTICS OF REGIONAL TECTONIC FRAMEWORK IN TAIBEI SAG OF TURPAN-HAMI BASIN
    Wang Xiongzhao, Gao Jinlin
    1994, 15 (3):  201-207.
    Abstract ( 95 )   PDF (541KB) ( 238 )   Save
Tabei sag is congidered to be a compresso-shear compound sag with dual structures, which was a tensional one during pre-Triassic period or a compressional one during Triassic to Quaternary period. Echelon fractures and structures strlke NE in the eastern part and NW in the western part,Three major fracturs resulting from the three periods of tectonic movements are prescent on cach anticline,Anticlines in Taibei sag can be divided into four types: anticlinds of basement-convoluting fault, basement uplft, superifical decollement and differential compaction.Futhermore, faulting anticline can be subdivided into four sccondary typs: semi-fan fault-controlled anticline, convergence compound anticline, dislocation and divergence anticline, and overlapping anticline. The Jurassic at the center of the sag is the most praspective formation, next is adjacent area to oil ganeration sag followd by the front of foreland and local slope zone.

ABNORMAL PRESSURE AND HYDROCARBON ACCUMULATION IN MOSUOWAN AREA OF HINTERLAND OF JUNGGAR BASIN
    Wu xiaozhi, Li Ce
    1994, 15 (3):  208-213.
    Abstract ( 90 )   PDF (481KB) ( 240 )   Save
Jurassic abnormally high pressure zones were discovered at a depth 4 500 m and 5 700 m of Well Pencan 2 in Mosuowan area of hinterland of Junggar basin. This paper discusses the origins of abnormal formation pressure, based on the theory on formation of abnormal formation pressure, organic theory and the model of hydrocarbon Zonation. It is suggested that the lithologic seal is the prerequisite, release of abundant interformational water from clay minerais during katagenesis petriod and lower maturation phase of Lower Jurassic source bed resulted in increase in fluid temperature and pressure, and then abnormally high pressure as well as a temperature-active zone were establish. Controlled by the temperature and pressure conditions, oil/gas zonation conspicuously occurs in exploration target zone(Jurassic); oil accumulation zone and condensate or natural gas accumulation zone exist above and beneath the seal, respectively. Finally, it is concluded that the Jurassic underlain by the seal at 4 500m should be considered to be main candidatc for exploration.

Yao Xinyu, He Zhenghuai, Wu Jianhua
    1994, 15 (3):  214-219.
    Abstract ( 116 )   PDF (579KB) ( 209 )   Save
Seismic reflection characteristics of volcanic rocks in Junggar basin are divided into three categories (strong, wcak , no) based on exploratory well data, which correlate with their geologic ages approximately. Considering reflcction characteristics and patterns of volcanic events, it is suggested that Well Shinan I is located in the vicinity of crater, lateral volcanic eruptions result in completeness of volcanic cone shapes, and volcanic rocks are present in large number within Shinan Depressian, which is overlain by Upper Permian Wuerhe Formation and Middle-Upper Triasic. Within basement of Hercynian folding zone in Junggar basin, intermediate-basic effusive rocks and intrusive rocks are abundantly distributed, seismic reflection of sedimentary rocks commonly exists in a smal area, which is seismic tesponse of the Devonian-Carboniferous in relatively stable section of the basemen.

Ding Anna, Hui Rongyao, Wang Yutao
    1994, 15 (3):  220-225.
    Abstract ( 75 )   PDF (437KB) ( 356 )   Save
Data from organic petrographic micrascopic identification and SEM indicated that multiple source rocks exist in northwestern margin of Junggar basin. Amorphous Dasses are enriched in maceral of Later Permian Fengcheng Formation shales, with high oil-geherating potential. The organic components of Upper Prmian Wuethe Formation and Lower Carboniferous hydrocarbon source rocks are dominated by ll-towards-sapropel type organic matets, whereas Lower Permian Jiamuhe Formation shales are sapropel-prone source rock.

Through measuring 3 key profiles, oberving 13 outcrop sections, synthetically analysing 49 soction data poinu, and laboratory study, sedimentary facles of the Jurasic-Early Cretaccous in Badain Jaran-Tengger basin are divided into proluvial facies l1, fluvial facis2, and lacustrine facies l3, which are subdivided into lacutrine dcita subfacis $l_{2}^{1}$, lakeshore subfacies $l_{3}^{2}$, shallow lake subfacias $I_{3}^{3}$, and semideep lake subfacies $I_{3}^{2}$ . The extention characteristics of facics belt are discussed ,and then depoltional facies of this area are preliminary established.

The boundary between Cambrian and Ordovician in Huolianzhai is determined from typical meleculus and fossils in the newly discoveted Deltyonema flolelliborme-Slaurograptus graptolite belts, integrated with lithology and combination features. On the basis of systematic description of lithoiogy, sedimentary history and environment of lpper Cambrian in this area are analysed.

    Abstract ( 100 )   PDF (341KB) ( 220 )   Save
A semilog straight-line relationship of water cut vs. cumulative oil production or current recovery of OOIP has been given acoording to the researched results available from water drive's curves. Using the data from high-water-cut stage in this straight-line relationship, a valid prediction of recovery factors in oilfields can be obtained.

USE OF MULTIPLE INJECTION-PRODUCTION PATTERNS FOR ENHANCED OIL RECOVERY OF RESERVOIRS IN HIGH-WATER-CUT STAGE——AN EXAMPLE FROM MIDDLE DISTRICT NO.6 OF KARAMAY OILFIELD
Liao Yong, He Xiangbi, Wang Qingxiang
    1994, 15 (3):  253-260.
    Abstract ( 80 )   PDF (659KB) ( 168 )   Save
ln its high-water-cut stage, injected water cone along high-permeability zones within Lower Karamay Formation (Triassic ) conglomerale reservoir in Midle District No.6 of Karamay oilfieid. Moreover, severe sand production problem and annual decline rate of over 9.5% exist. Following a further study of oil-bearing structures and reservoir characteristics, multiple injection-production patterns were used, thereby ascertaining subsurface distribution and flow patterns of oil and waler ,and developing curing designs, When these designs were implemented in 1990-1992, it resulted in annual oil production increase by 17%, water cut reduction from 81.2% to 77.5%, subsutface reservoir pressure increase by 7%, and enhanced oil recovery from 32% to 35%。
