Abstract

Abstract: Hubbert's model may be used to predict production rate, cumulative production rate and recoverable reserves of oil and gas.However, he first assumed that the production rate Q or dN_p/dN_t can be expressed as quadratic function of cumulative production rate N_p, namely Q=AN_p +BN²_p.The relationship is derived in this paper, based on the result of reference, and reappeared the derivation of Hubbert's model.
