新标准下油气探明储量报告应突出的几个特点

摘要： 随着储量分类新标准颁布和储量套改工作的开展,储量研究工作的“知名度”有所提高。如何借新分类标准颁布之契机,进一步提高储量研究水平,使储量报告在科研成果评定中占有一席之地是储量界同仁的共同愿望。有鉴于此,首先探讨了现行储量报告中存在的主要问题,然后,重点阐述了新标准下储量报告应突出的几个特点,即准确的术语、储量的思维方式、突出油气水系统与有效储集层研究、资料性与研究性并重等。企盼通过储量研究人员的努力,开创储量研究工作的新局面。

Abstract: The petroleum reserves researches have been paid much more attention to since promulgation of the new standard for petroleum resources/reserves and implementation of reformed/improved reserves supervision methods. The common desire of domestic reserves supervision circle is how to improve the research level and allow reserves report to hold its important space in scientific report appraisal. First of all, the major problems available in reserves reports are discussed. Then, several points of the report that should be followed in terms of new standard are proposed, including precise terms, normalized style, focusing on oil-gas-water system and effective pay as well as data integrity and study reliability. The authors hope that a brand-new prospect will be created by further efforts of reserves researchers at home.
