Abstract

Abstract: This paper summerizes the development experience in steam stimulation in viscous oil reservoir of Liaohe oilfield and presents five measures used to improve production efficiency by steam stimulation, which included infill drilling, sidetrackings separate layer steam injection, ensuring a complete producing period of steam-stimulated well and boundary drainage. Feasibility of these measures has been verified in Liaohe viscous oilfield, and can be popularized.
