Abstract: Bashituopu litho-structural reservoir formed in Late Carboniferous-Early Permian, in which hydrocarbon distribution was completely controlled by paleostructure.Owing to tectonic movement in Late Cenozoic, Bashituopu paleoanticline evolved into a nose-like structure dipping west, but oil and gas in bioclastic limistone didn't completely lose because of severe heterogeneity and uncommunication in limistone reservoir.Bashituopu paleoanticline, to the east of Well Qun 4, still contains large amount of unproved reserves. It is a very favourable exploration area.
