一种预测气体偏差因子的新方法

New Method for Calculation of Deviation Factor of Natural Gas

摘要: 目前, 确定气藏偏差因子的方法主要有实验测定、公式计算和图版法。现场应用过程中, 往往需要利用编程计算解决, 而且每次计算都需要调用一次程序, 输入一系列的参数, 处理起来很繁琐。针对上述问题, 提出了新的预测方法, 只计算一次原始偏差因子, 再利用定容封闭干气气藏物质平衡方程与现场实际生产数据相结合, 即可预测气体偏差因子。该方法在大庆SZ气田中进行了应用, 取得了很好的效果。实践证明, 该方法简便、实用、可靠。

Abstract: At present, the methods for determination of deviation factor of gas reservoir are mainly experimental measurement, formula calculation and chart curves. In field application, the programming calculation is needed, and for each calculation the program has to be used for each time, inputting a series of parameters as required. To resolve the heavy problem, this paper presents a new calculation method, that is, only to calculate the initial deviation factor one time, and then combine the material balance equation of constant volume dry gas reservoir with the actual production data, the deviation factor of natural gas is obtained. Applying to SZ gas felid of Daqing indicates that this method is simple, practicable and reliable.
