ANALYSIS OF THE FORMATION OF RESERVOIR IN MABEI OILFIELD BY GEOCHEMICAL DATA

Abstract

Abstract: This paper points out the direction of oil and gas migration during the formation of Wuerhe(P₂w) reservoir and Baikouquan(T₁b) reservoir in Mabei oilfield and forcasts reservoir-formation period based on the analysis data of 6 oil samples and 5 oil sand samples from Mabei oilfield, integrated with thermal evolution histary of hydrocarbon source rock of Mahu sag in Junggar basin.
