Abstract: As in low permeability reservoir with variable medium the filtration flow and lithophysical properties are quite sensitive to the change of stress field, use of the coupling stress fluid and fluid filtration field may represent actualsituation more reasonably. This paper conducted a comprehensive analysis on the coupling mathematics analog theory of fluid filtration and rock stress, also, demonstrating by instances of a multiple factes flow oil reservoir, gas reservoir, and the presence of hydralic fractured fractures. The study shows that the method suggested in this paper could be used to predict the variation of permeability, and storage capability of the rock, its stress and strain, and their influence upon production. Application of the method recommended here promises very well in petroleum engineering.
