浅层稠油油藏蒸汽驱前期综合治理──以克拉玛依油田九1区油藏为例

摘要: 为了扭转克拉玛依油田九1区齐古组稠油油藏汽驱初期出现的蒸汽在平面上和剖面上推进不均衡,部分井层被热水突破,采油速度下降到1.1%,油汽比降至0.12,开发指标持续下跌的局面,因井制宜地采取了控关、调汽间注、加深泵挂、吞吐引效、封堵等综合治理措施。经过治理采油水平回升了48%,油汽比上升了90%,采油速度提高了0.5%,汽驱见效井数增加了近6倍,投入产出比高达1:10.1,油藏汽驱开发取得较好效果。

Abstract: In order to control the severe situations, such as unbalanced advance of steam in plane and section, hot water breakthrough in partial intervals, 1.1% of rate of oil production, 0.12 of oil-steam-ratio, and continuous descending of development index at early stage of steam drive in Qigu formation heavy oil reservoir in District NO. 9 of Karamay oilfield, shutting in well, intennittent of steam injection, extending the tubing, added steam stimulation before steamdrive, and plugging have been successfully integrated to raise. Oil production by 48% , oil-steam-ratio by 90% , rate of oil production by 0.5%, and the number of steam drive response wells by 6 tunes, with 1: 10.1 of input-output-ratio .
